Terms of Service: Please Read Carefully

INTELFILES.com is a service provided by INTELWIRE.com, a terrorism news and consulting business based in the United States. Information in this library is covered under all applicable U.S. laws.

PRIVACY:

If INTELWIRE suspects material is being misused or applied in a way contrary to U.S. law, INTELWIRE reserves to the right to make information about suspected abusers known to law enforcement and to cancel the member's subscription. Subscription requests may be denied based on political considerations in the applicant's nation of residence. All of the above considerations apply at the sole discretion of INTELWIRE. By requesting a service, visiting a page or placing an order, you agree to these stipulations. Otherwise, all user information is completely private and your email address will never be sold or redistributed for commercial reasons. Paypal, the vendor for this service, may collect information from users covered under its own privacy policies. INTELWIRE may closely monitor any aspect of an individual's usage of this site for suspicious activity or for violations of these terms.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

1) By ordering a DVD from INTELFILES, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service.

a) Purchases are non-refundable. Users are responsible for verifying that their DVD player is compatible with DVD-R playback. Consult your DVD player's user manual before ordering.

b) Inoperable disks (due to defect) will be replaced on return of the original at no additional charge.

c) INTELFILES may choose at any time to conduct an electronic background check on purchases, including (but not limited to) a criminal records check. Purchases may be denied at the sole discretion of INTELFILES. Unfulfilled purchases will be refunded.

d) INTELFILES DVDs are only currently for sale to customers in the U.S. and Canada. All other orders will be refused.

2) When broadacsting or exhibiting footage from the INTELFILES stock footage DVD series:

a) You agree to credit INTELFILES (http://www.intelfiles.com) or J.M. Berger during closing credits as the source of the material.

b) Reference series DVDs are not cleared for broadcast, reproduction or exhibition. Contact J.M. Berger at if you wish to arrange for rights clearance on material from a reference disk. Additional charges will apply.

3) Stock footage is provided on an "as is" basis. In most cases, the stock footage on INTELFILES STK series DVDs is suitable for broadcast without enhancement. Further enhancement is available from INTELFILES but may result in additional charges. E-mail for details.
