JURISDICTION:

INTELFILES.com is a service provided by INTELWIRE.com, a terrorism news and consulting business based in the United States. Information in this library is covered under all applicable U.S. laws.

PRIVACY:

If INTELWIRE suspects material is being misused or applied in a way contrary to U.S. law, INTELWIRE reserves to the right to make information about suspected abusers known to law enforcement and to cancel the member's subscription. Subscription requests may be denied based on political considerations in the applicant's nation of residence. All of the above considerations apply at the sole discretion of INTELWIRE. By requesting a subscription, you agree to these stipulations. Otherwise, all user information is completely private and your e-mail address will never be sold or redistributed for commercial reasons. Paypal, the vendor for this service, may collect information from users covered under its own privacy policies. INTELWIRE may closely monitor any aspect of an individual's usage of this site for suspicious activity or for violations of these terms. This information is also covered by the above policy and the terms of service below.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

1) By requesting a password to access INTELWIRE's jihadist video library, you agree to be bound by the terms of service.

a) Subscriptions include unlimited access to the library, including downloading of files, for the named subscriber only.

b) Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by the subscriber or by INTELFILES. When cancellation is initiated by a subscriber, the subscriber will continue to receive access to the library for the time remaining on his or her account. Subscriptions will not be refunded in part or in whole.

c) INTELWIRE may choose at any time to conduct an electronic background check on applicants, including (but not limited to) a criminal records check. Memberships may be denied or revoked at the sole discretion of INTELWIRE.

d) INTELWIRE members must reside in the United States. Access to the library is only permitted from within the United States. If you have any questions about this policy, e-mail before subscribing.

2) When reporting, citing or reproducing the contents of a single video obtained primarily from INTELWIRE's jihadist video library, you agree to one (1) of the following stipulations:

a) You agree to cite "INTELWIRE (http://www.intelwire.com)" as the source of the material, including printing and/or linking the URL.

b) You arrange for an agreed-on freelance credit and/or payment to J.M. Berger of INTELWIRE.com.

c) If you are interested in using more than one video, e-mail for details.

d) Membership does not include licensing of videos for reproduction. You may endeavor to ascertain rights to videos in the library or contract with INTELFILES to ascertain rights. NOT ALL MATERIAL IN THE LIBRARY IS AVAILABLE FOR LICENSING. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a license from INTELFILES if you plan to broadcast this material. Redistribution of the original computer files is strictly prohibited.

3) If you wish to order the entire library on DVD-ROM or download the entire contents of the library via FTP for academic use or for use in an in-depth media report, you can make arrangements to do so by contacting J.M. Berger at . Additional charges will apply.

4) If you wish to rebroadcast material obtained from the INTELWIRE library in any form except a single screen-capture picture, you must first make arrangements by contacting J.M. Berger at . A single image may be used free of charge if credited to "INTELWIRE.com".

5) Some material obtained from jihadist Web sites consists of material copied from other sources by terrorists and extremists. INTELWIRE can not secure copyrights for that material. You must contact the original source, when it can be determined. The material is provided here for informational purposes only.

6) This material has been obtained from Arabic language Web sites used by Islamic extremists believed to be associated with the Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi group and other terrorist organizations. Some material in the library has not yet been distributed widely online.

a) All material is scanned for viruses using Norton Antivirus 2005 with a fully updated set of virus definitions. While these files are believed to be virus-free, INTELWIRE cannot guarantee the safety of these files. Use them at your own risk.

7) Some material is original to the source, i.e., it has first been posted online by a source site. Other material has clearly been copied from other sources by the Islamist Web sites. Because of the latter point, fraudulent material could be posted by the original source. In the event that such material can be specifically identified, it will be labeled as such. If you have information that a video posted in the INTELWIRE library is fraudulent, please notify the Webmaster immediately. Because of the nature of the material, INTELWIRE cannot make a blanket guarantee of the authenticity of material posted in the library, but will assist licensees in authenticating videos.

8) Passwords may not be transferred to other users.

9) The contents of many files are extremely graphic. If you are offended by such content, do not use this service.

9) INTELWIRE reserves the right to cancel any membership for violation of these terms of service, or for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice. In the event of an unscheduled termination, INTELWIRE will make every effort to refund subscriptions for time still outstanding, but INTELWIRE makes no guarantee of its ability to do so. INTELWIRE disclaims all responsibility and liability for the use of media obtained from this site.

10) These terms of service may be changed at any time. Registered members will be updated in the event of such changes through the members' home page. No refunds will be granted for cancellations due to user violation of the terms of service.
